1. Apply to WWHS
Submit your application to WordWide HealthStaff Solutions to begin your journey.
2. Partner with Your Recruitment Advisor
Your Recruitment Advisor will confirm your qualifications and clinical experience, arrange your interview with a direct-hire employer, and assist you in preparing for the next steps in the immigration process.
3. Job Offer and Document Collection
Receive your job offer and review with your support system. Accept the job offer that fits your goals and plans in the U.S. Upon accepting a job offer, a Case Manager Advisor will assist you with collecting the necessary documents for your visa petition.
4. Petition Filed and Approved
WWHS will assist you in filing your I-140 petition to start the green card process. Our Legal Advisors review all documents to ensure accuracy prior to submitting them to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Once your petition is approved by the USCIS, you will begin working on your visa screen.
5. NVC Processing (Remaining Document Collection)
A Case Manager Advisor will assist you in gathering the necessary remaining documents to submit to the National Visa Center (NVC), with support from WWHS Legal Advisors. Once all requirements are met you will receive a Documentarily Qualified letter, confirming your place in line for an embassy interview.
6. Embassy Interview
After attending your embassy interview, your U.S. arrival date will be confirmed.
7. Transition + USA Arrival
Congratulations! A Relocation Advisor will coordinate your travel, housing, and employer onboarding to help you settle into your career in the U.S.
8. Start Work
You have reached the end of your journey and have begun the start of your new career.
