What is Direct Hire?  

In international nursing recruitment, there are two primary options: direct hire and staffing. 


Direct Hire (also known as permanent placement) is beneficial for healthcare professionals and employers. With this model, new hires become direct, permanent members of the staff upon arriving at their new position. They receive the same pay, benefits, and job security as other staff members, ensuring a stable and seamless employment experience. 


Staffing (also known as temporary hire or temporary–to–permanent hire) involves a staffing agency employing international healthcare professionals and then contracting their services to healthcare facilities. This model often limits the healthcare professionals' control over job placement options.
