Navigating Healthcare Immigration Under a New Administration

Immigration was a hot topic in the recent US election, with much of the conversation dominated by border security and undocumented immigration. Unfortunately, what was lost in the furious debate was a key issue: US policies related to legal, employment-based immigration.


As promised during the election campaign, President Donald Trump’s administration has swiftly taken action to tighten border security and crack down on undocumented immigration. With 26 years as a chief executive at WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions, I believe the ongoing controversy around these actions has completely overshadowed the fact that there is reason for cautious optimism about reforms that could maintain and even expand employment-based immigration programs.
